PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are the announced platforms

Official

The official hub lists both. A PC release is not announced there.

Rockstar's hub and Take-Two's pre-order release name PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The hub also uses the line Plays Best On PlayStation 5 — a marketing claim, not proof of exclusivity. KickWire does not invent a PC date.
