Rockstar published a Vice City / Leonida synopsis

OfficialSpoiler

Jason and Lucia, an easy score gone wrong, a conspiracy across Leonida.

The official hub describes Jason and Lucia in Vice City, USA, inside the state of Leonida. After an easy score goes wrong they are pulled into a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state. That is first-party story framing. Mission plots beyond that sentence remain unknown.
